01Who We Are

Arbazar World is operated by Arbazaricus Corp., a corporation incorporated under the Canada Business Corporations Act with its registered office in New Brunswick, Canada. In these Terms, "Arbazar World," "we," "our," or "us" refers to Arbazaricus Corp. and the Arbazar World website and membership ecosystem at arbazarworld.org.

We provide community access, educational content, and structured participation in a member-supported ecosystem currently in its Foundation Stage. By accessing the site or becoming a Keyholder, you agree to these Terms.

02What Membership Is

Membership in Arbazar World grants you access to:

• The Arbazar World community platform
• The Arbazar Library (member education)
• Monthly progress updates and transparency reports
• Advisory input on what we build
• Member-exclusive pricing on future launches
• The benefits associated with your chosen Key tier (Foundation, Architect, or Visionary)

03What Membership Is Not

Arbazar World membership is not:

• An investment, security, equity stake, or financial product
• A guarantee of income, returns, or financial gain
• A franchise, partnership, or joint venture
• A guarantee of any specific paid role, contributor opportunity, or leadership position

Future paid roles, contributor opportunities, and leadership positions referenced in connection with Architect and Visionary tiers are based on actual business needs, member fit, and selection — they are not guaranteed by tier alone.

04Membership Tiers and Pricing

Three Key tiers are available:

• Foundation Key — $49.99 USD per month
• Architect Key — $99.99 USD per month
• Visionary Key — $199.99 USD per month

Founding Member status — available only to those who join during the Foundation Stage — locks in your monthly rate for as long as your membership remains active and uninterrupted. Pricing for new members may change at any time. Existing Founding Members keep their original rate while their membership remains continuously active.

If you cancel and later resubscribe, you do so at the then-current rate and do not retain Founding Member status or prior locked-in pricing.

05Payment

All payments are processed through Stripe, our third-party payment processor. By becoming a Keyholder, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel.

You are responsible for ensuring your payment method remains valid and current. Failed or declined payments may result in suspension or termination of your membership.

06Cancellation

You may cancel your membership at any time through your member account or by contacting us. Upon cancellation:

• Your access to the member platform ends at the conclusion of your current billing cycle
• You forfeit your Founding Member status and locked-in pricing
• You will not be refunded for the current billing period

07Refund Policy

Memberships are billed monthly and are non-refundable. If you believe you have been charged in error or experienced an unauthorized charge, contact us within 30 days at contact@arbazarworld.org and we will investigate promptly.

08Acceptable Use

You agree to use Arbazar World responsibly. You may not:

• Share your account credentials with others
• Use the platform to harass, defame, or harm other members
• Attempt to access areas of the platform you are not authorized to access
• Reverse engineer, scrape, copy, or redistribute proprietary content
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation

Violation of these Terms may result in suspension or termination of your membership without refund.

09Intellectual Property

All content within Arbazar World — including the Arbazar Library, member dispatches, branding, written materials, and platform design — is the property of Arbazaricus Corp. or its licensors. Keyholders are granted a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to access this content for personal, non-commercial use only, during their active membership.

You may not redistribute, republish, resell, or commercially exploit any Arbazar World content without our prior written permission.

10Member Contributions

When you provide feedback, suggestions, ideas, or other input as part of advisory participation, you grant Arbazaricus Corp. a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use that input in the development and operation of Arbazar World and its future ventures, without obligation of compensation, equity, or attribution.

Paid contributor roles and leadership positions, when and if offered, will be governed by separate written agreements entered into at that time.

11Changes to the Platform and Tiers

Arbazar World is in active development. We reserve the right to:

• Add, modify, or remove features
• Change the content and structure of the Arbazar Library
• Adjust the benefits associated with any Key tier
• Modify pricing for new memberships (existing Founding Member pricing is protected as described in Section 4)

Material changes affecting active Keyholders will be communicated by email or through the member platform with reasonable advance notice where practicable.

12Disclaimers

Arbazar World is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's uninterrupted availability, the accuracy or completeness of its content, or the outcomes of participation. Your use of the platform is at your own discretion and risk.

Educational content within the Arbazar Library is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute legal, financial, tax, accounting, or other professional advice. You should consult qualified professionals before acting on any information provided.

13Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Arbazaricus Corp., its directors, officers, and operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of Arbazar World. Our total aggregate liability for any claim related to your membership shall not exceed the total amount of membership fees you paid in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

14Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Arbazaricus Corp., its directors, officers, operators, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the platform.

15Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your membership at any time for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, abusive conduct, or other conduct that compromises the integrity of the ecosystem or its members. Where reasonably possible, we will provide notice and an opportunity to address the issue before termination.

16Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of New Brunswick and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Arbazar World shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Brunswick, Canada, except where applicable consumer protection laws require otherwise.

17Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date above. Material changes will be communicated to active Keyholders by email or through the member platform. Your continued use of Arbazar World after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
